Corporate Catering Ordering Policies
Minimum orders
$350.00 plus delivery and taxes must be spent for a delivery.
All orders will be accepted until Noon the day before. Exceptions can be made when available. Additional charges may apply.
Online Ordering Service
All orders received through our Online Ordering service are not confirmed unless followed up with an email or phone call from Corporate Lunch Catering Staff.
Order Cancellations
We request that all orders be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Full or partial charges may apply.
Large events (groups of 50 or more people) 48 hours notice or 2 business days.
Delivery / Pickup Charge:
A $15.00 delivery charge is applied to all orders. Additional charges may apply for difficult or cumbersome deliveries. (ie: excessive stairs, etc) All hot food orders will also require a pick up charge.
Pickup charges apply on all hot orders and some cold orders depending on food ordered and the equipment needed.
All delivery times are based on a 30 minute delivery window on each end of the time given. (i.e. if you want it delivered at 2:00pm, it can be delivered as early as 1:30pm or as late as 2:30pm.)
Any unavoidable delivery delays will be relayed to the client as soon as they are known.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to weather, traffic, construction, availability of loading docks etc. We will do our best to deliver in a timely manner.
Basic food setup is included in delivery fees. Additional charges apply for decorating, table and chair setup or on-site personnel.
Payment Options
Orders can be paid over the phone with credit card. We also accept cash or check.
